Please note that we do not have a return policy but we have a 10 days exchange policy. 

Return is only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described.

 

Since all our products are 100% hand-woven and 100% hand-dyed, we would request you to consider these factors when addressing slight colour variation in similar product or slight aberrations in the weaving.

Any change or cancellation in the order should be done within 24 hours of placement.
